I work with Boards, CEOs, Leadership teams, and HR on the issues that most directly affect business results but are often the hardest to diagnose and address.

I focus on aligning strategy, leadership behaviour, HR capability, and organisational accountability so execution becomes consistent, scalable, and sustainable.
